Since 1984, Opher has been researching,
refining and applying unique methodologies that have
demonstrated that people can develop
multi-disciplinary talent; contrary to the

Recognizing his unique contribution to business coaching, Opher was chosen in 2003 by Mission Publishing, one of America’s leading business publishing houses as one of the world's greatest mentors.
Opher was a pupil of Michael Hewitt-Gleeson (Jack Welch's mentor), renowned marketing guru Jay Abraham and had further training in systematic business thinking at MIT, and was trained in Neuro Linquistic Programming (“NLP”) by its creator Richard Bandler. Opher has taught alongside pioneer of competitive intelligence theory and founder of the Academy of Competitive Intelligence Professor Ben Gilad. He has also developed several unique methodologies and processes for developing talent and the potential found in both the individual and the group. Opher’s latest methodology, “Managing the Gray Areas”, enables control of individuals’ complex “personal operating systems”, and was first published in the bestselling business title, "Create The Business Breakthrough You Want".
